Arrivals
- Reunion participants arrive into Vienna, Austria by independent travel arrangements
Welcome Reception | 5:30 – 7:30pm
- Kick off the reunion with a welcome reception honoring the 25th anniversary of our beloved Flow House study abroad program. Connect with fellow alumni and reunite with Flow House administrators and faculty. Location: Palais Daun-Kinsky, Freyung 4, 1010 Wien, Austria | Attire: Business Casual

Open House at the Flow House | 9:00am – 12:00pm
- Return to Flow House to view your old room, tour the recent renovations and enjoy the peaceful 19th district of Vienna!| Attire: Casual
- Lunch on your own
Engagement Events (various locations) | 1:00pm – 4:00pm
- Faculty-led tours, e.g. museum visits, walking tours, etc.
- Engagement events will be coordinated through the registration process for Reunion participants. Registration will open in early spring 2025. | Attire: Casual
Celebration Dinner | 7:00pm
Join fellow alumni of the Flow House program, faculty, and University administrators for a celebration event with a delicious meal and local Austrian wines! Location: Kunsthistorisches Museum, Maria-Theresien-Platz, 1010 Wien, Austria | Attire: Semi-Formal

Farewell Event | 9:00am – 5:00pm
What better way to end the reunion weekend than a leisurely lunch boat cruise down the Danube followed by a vineyard tour with wine tasting in the breathtaking Austrian countryside. Details: Chartered bus from Vienna to Melk, boat cruise from Melk to Krems and bus back to Vienna. | Attire: Casual
