- What is the cost of the Flow House Reunion Package?
- $950 per person for 4 days of events in London. Travel and accommodations are not included in the Reunion Package.
- Can I register for only one event?
- Registration is for the full reunion package. Due to set event costs, we are not able to sell individual events.
- How do I modify my registration… add a guest, change preferences, etc.?
- To cancel or modify your registration, return to the event registration page and select “Already registered.” Enter your confirmation number from the email with subject “Registration Confirmed – Worrell House 25th Anniversary Celebration.” If you need assistance locating your confirmation number, enter the email address used to register and submit a request to have it resent to you. As always, contact us at with any questions!
- Can I get a refund on the Reunion Package if my plans change?
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by January 10, 2025 in order to receive a refund.
- On or before January 10, 2027, refunds will be processed less a $75 fee per person to cover administrative costs.
- Due to the advance financial commitment required to secure event space and vendors in London, we are unable to provide refunds after January 10, 2027. We appreciate your understanding.

- Why am I not receiving WH50th Event Emails? If you have previously unsubscribed or opted out of WFU emails and would like to receive communication about the Worrell House 50th Anniversary events, please contact Alumni Records to update your email preferences. Send a request to to have the “do not email” code removed from your WFU Alumni Record.

*Smart casual attire is a polished, stylist look that is relaxed but put together. Men: Tailored trousers. Sport coat or blazer optional but common. Women: Dress, skirt, tailed trousers. No athletic attire.

- How can I find out who’s coming?
- A list of “Who’s Coming” will be added to the Worrell House 50th Anniversary website in Spring 2027. Updates will be made periodically.
- What can I anticipate for the Engagement Events on Friday?
- We are finalizing a schedule of curated academic and cultural events for alumni and guests to engage with WFU faculty (e.g. walking tours, classroom experiences, museum visits). Engagement opportunities will be announced in March. Registrants will sign up in advance for these exclusive opportunities, not available to tourists.
- Can Alumni bring guest(s) to the celebration events?
- Yes, guests are welcome. Guests of all ages must register and purchase the Reunion Package to attend events.
- Are Alumni allowed to stay at Worrell House?
- No. During the 50th Anniversary Celebration, Worrell House will be utilized as event space including an Open House! Registrants will have the opportunity to visit the house, tour your old room, and view recent renovations. Alumni and guests are responsible for arranging their own accommodations in London.
