Guests are responsible for arranging their own lodging. To make the most of your experience, we recommend staying in Central London for proximity to all of our global reunion events.

Check your passport validity
Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months after your trip begins. Passports for children under 16 are only valid for five years.
New Travel UPDATE: The UK now requires every non UK passport holder to have an electronic travel authorization (ETA).

Valid for: Two years or until passport expires.

Make copies
Make copies of your passport and other travel documents, and keep them in a separate place. You can also take a photo of your documents with your phone.
Report a lost or stolen passport
If your passport is lost or stolen, immediately report it to the nearest embassy or consulate, or call 1-877-487-2778
